Abstract

Background: In Crohn's disease enterovesical fistula is relatively uncommon, the diagnosis of enterovesical fistula can be challenging, and often patients are monitored for months before the condition is recognized and effectively treated. Case presentation: This is a 38-year-old patient with a condition of dysuria, diagnosed with Crohn's Disease 7 years ago and repeated Urinary Tract Infections for the past two years.Although Crohn's Disease is a primary disorder of the digestive tract, typically patients with Crohn's Disease associated with enterovesical fistula seek medical attention as a result of urinary tract complaints, delaying the diagnostic time. Conclusion: Although infrequent, the occurrence of recurrent urinary tract infections associated with Crohn's disease should always be considered in the differential diagnosis of recurrent urinary tract infections due to the high morbidity and mortality and severity of the pathological process.
