Relación entre fuerza dinámica máxima de miembro inferior con el sprint y salto vertical en futbolistas amateurs

Resumen
Objetivo: El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo evaluar y describir si existe una relación entre la fuerza de miembro inferior en 1RM de sentadilla tras nuca con peso libre con el sprint, SJ y CMJ en futbolistas amateurs. Metodología: Estudio cuantitativo-correlacional de corte transversal. La selección de la muestra fue de manera no probabilística por conveniencia con el objetivo de evaluar y describir si existe una relación entre la fuerza de miembro inferior en 1RM de sentadilla tras nuca con peso libre con el sprint, SJ y CMJ en futbolistas amateurs. 23 futbolistas amateurs participaron, todos miembros del Club Deportivo y social Colo-Colo de San Javier (ANFA) VII región, Chile. Conclusión: Este estudio demuestra que los niveles de fuerza de 1RM de sentadilla tras nuca no están relacionados con las variables deportivas en los futbolistas amateurs en SJ y Sprint, pero si en el salto CMJ.
