FOCUS AND SCOPE

Journal of Management and Business Studies (JM&BS) of the Faculty of Administration and Business of the Autonomous University of Chile, is a multidisciplinary publication of national and international scope, The aim is to disseminate publications which enable the reader to keep abreast of scientific and technical areas related to administration and business.

JM&BS publishes articles that are of interest to professors, researchers and professionals in the private, public and non-governmental sectors. It has a continuous periodicity, is scientific in nature, and the articles it publishes are of type research, review, reflection, theoretical and methodological. This journal provides open access to its publications, as it believes that free access to research promotes the national and global exchange of knowledge.
