The research proposes a Coaching model of four to five sessions, to be developed with people who seek to reinvent themselves in the workplace, as employees or entrepreneurs. The model is the result of its application to a sample of 63 cases, 54% women and 46% men, between 23 and 62 years old (mean 39.3 years), 39.7% married or cohabiting, 55.6% Without children, 82.5% university professionals, who were looking for work by sending their CV to Grupo Capsis Chile consultancy. The model was executed by professionals from various disciplines, in training at the Group’s Coaching school. The strategic systemic approach incorporated a method such as a navigation chart, which enabled the results effectiveness, which can be verified in the sample worked. What was indicated by the participants was recorded regarding: motivation or need when entering the program; willingness or commitment to the program; main learnings or changes and perceived results. This qualitative information was systematized through open coding. Descriptive statistics were calculated for the sample characterization, the sessions number that the participants attended and the total process duration. Applied research aims to contribute to recognizing, appreciating and enhancing personal resources, self-confidence, entrepreneurial skills, personal reinvention and generating value contributions to people and organizations, with the consequent contribution to the country development, in employability and entrepreneurship terms.
