Abstract

Education is a key element in the life of any country. Through it sets the type of society we want to conform, making possible the social, cultural and economic development of peoples. That is why greater efforts and greater state investments are directed towards the implementation of a model efficient and quality education. Education and teaching and are a cornerstone of any political system of democracy based on freedom and pluralism, which in turn is reflected in the recognition of a set of their own rights in education. The education of our country in the global and European context in which we draw a complex picture in terms of freedom of education is concerned. The Spanish Constitution of 1978, has been providing a legal framework for progress, respect and understanding with the recognition of a double right in education: the right of everyone to education and the right to freedom of education (art. 27.1 CE).
