Abstract

Organizational transformation is now commonplace; after the pandemic scenario, many countries legally adopted remote work. Innovation and sustainability are powerful tools to shape the future of work, but are organizations prepared for it? Does the human talent adapt to the new remote managerial practices? Many questions arise from this phenomenological research. Therefore, the general objective was to analyze innovation in sustainable remote workforce from the Bédard model. Managerial praxis, from this philosophical standpoint, contributes to science with analytical and ergonomic processes aimed at sustainable management through the innovation of human talents. With a qualitative paradigm, the importance of philosophical genesis is exposed from the praxeological, epistemological, axiological, and ontological perspectives, using descriptive bibliographic- documentary methods and the hermeneutical approach. Among the relevant results, digitization is essential for every professional, aspiring to improve quality of life, productivity, greater access to global talent, a reduction in environmental footprint, promotion of autonomy, responsibility, and consequently, innovation. Final considerations revolve around the need to implement organizational and individual sustainable strategies; adapt to the use of technological platforms as work tools in these remote, hybrid, and sustainable modalities for increased productivity, allowing employees to work efficiently and effectively from anywhere, thus gaining greater control over their time, functions, and quality of work life.
