JM&BS journal is edited by the Faculty of Administration and Business of the Universidad Autónoma de Chile. It is a scientific publication in the area of administration and business, open access, and that follows the international parameters of evaluation.

The editorial lines are framed in various areas of knowledge, such as: Administration and Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Strategy and International Business, Marketing and Market Research, Human Resources and Organizational Behavior, Finance and Accounting, Processes and Operations and Social Responsibility and Community Management.

WYD publishes five modalities of articles: 1) Research Article; 2) Review Article; 3) Reflection Article; 4) Theoretical Article; and 5) Methodological Article. It develops its work with high quality standards, as it prioritizes the rigour and academic requirement.

JM&BS does not demand article processing fees (APC) or article submission fees for any of the editorial or publication processes.
