Aplicações da telerreabilitação em pacientes com Parkinson. Revisão sistemática.

Resumo
Método: Foi realizada uma revisão seguindo as normas PRISMA. Foram consultadas as bases de dados PubMed, Cinahl, PsycINFO, SPORTDiscus, Academic Search Complete, Lilacs, IBECS, CENTRAL, SciELO e WOS. A ferramenta Cochrane foi utilizada para avaliar o risco de viés e a qualidade da evidência foi avaliada pelo GRADE.
Resultados: A telerreabilitação é eficaz em pacientes com Parkinson. A amostra total foi de 256 pacientes. O número de sessões de telerreabilitação variou de 15 a 28 sessões, com cada sessão durando entre 40 e 90 minutos. O tratamento total durou entre 4 e 8 semanas e a frequência foi entre 1 e 3 vezes por semana.
Conclusões: A telerreabilitação é uma alternativa eficaz ao tratamento clínico para reduzir a instabilidade postural, melhorar o controle postural, manter a fala e melhorar a força. Esta terapia oferece vantagens em relação à reabilitação presencial convencional na clínica para pacientes com dificuldade de locomoção.
