The Justice & Law Journal is a publication whose objective is the publication of original and unpublished papers and scientific research in all fields of law, both Chilean and comparative. It is published every six months (to be published in June and December each year) and has the support of the Vice-rectory of Research and Doctorates of the Autonomous University of Chile and whose scientific guardian corresponds to the Research Institute in Law of the house of studies.

The papers published in the RJ&D will focus preferably on current Chilean or comparative law and the treatment of normative, jurisprudential or doctrinal sources in Spanish. It hopes to build a space for academic and scientific discussion of the discipline that has national and international scope.

Justice and Law is declared as a serial publication of open access and uses a Creative Commons License Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International  (CC BY-NC- 4.0).
